Making a Home

This week, I finished a baby boy afghan.

It’s not large, the finished measurements are 22 1/2″ by 17″. Just the right size for covering baby in the car seat, or covering little legs on you lap. I made it to match the sweater set I made earlier.

This afghan will join the sweater set in my Grandmother’s Hope Chest. Won’t my little grandson look just adorable in these?  :) I need to find a little booties pattern I like so I can make a pair to match this set.

What did you do last week to make your house a home?
