I’ve been seeing a lot of pins on Pinterest about baking hard boiled eggs lately. So I decided to try it. It worked great. I really liked it better than boiling.
I found the eggs easier to peel also. I’ll have to try it again to make sure it was the cooking method making them easier to peel and not just the eggs themselves. I had read to bake the eggs at 325-350* for 20-30 minutes. I baked them at 350 for 30 minutes, and it was too long. The eggs were fine, they were edible, but they hard the green around the yolk from being over cooked. I will definitely be using this method in the future.
