Making a Home – Homemaking Linky

I spent some time yesterday stocking the freezer with gluten free food for me. I’m the only one here who eats GF. Most days, I just don’t have the time or the strength to cook for everyone else and cook something separate for me. So stocking the freezer is a must if I want to eat. lol I felt some better yesterday, so I made Gluten Free Chocolate Banana Muffins, GF Sweet Cornbread, and GF Oatmeal Banana Bread. I tried the Oatmeal Banana bread for the first time yesterday. I like the results, but let me make it again before I share the recipe. Just to be sure.

I had wanted to make some GF crackers, but ran out of steam. Hopefully, I can make some today. And hopefully, they turn out good. lol I’ve tried a few store bought GF crackers. Some are good, some were bad. There is a brand that the whole family likes that’s great for dips and such as they are really hard. But I’m looking for a simple saltine or a Ritz type cracker. Hopefully, I can find a recipe to make my own that I like.

Anyone ever made gluten free crackers before?

We don’t have problems with gluten so we don’t make many things without it. I probably should though, because I am sure it would be healthier.
