Well, it’s been another week of trying to keep my head above water. All the kids have been sick, and now I have it. My husband finally recovered from it. Unfortunately, two of the kids ended up at the doctors last Thursday for antibiotics. Another kid went to the doctor today, for another reason other than the cold crud we’ve had, and ended up on antibiotics. The kids are on the mend, and I’ll be super glad when I’ve over this cold. It sure does hang on!
So……let’s see…….I got all the Christmas decorations down and put away.
On one hand, I’m always a little sad to pack up the Nativity scene that I made in ceramics class over twenty years ago. On the other hand, I’m just thrilled that it survived another year with my kids without breaking.
While I was getting this picture off the card, I found this funny self portrait by my older son. He cooked the turkey on Christmas and I guess he didn’t want to let the occasion pass without a picture. lol
Oh, the turkey was great. lol

We have all of our Christmas stuff put away. It feels so good. We are also in the process of purging our stuff here! That feels equally good.
