It’s time for me to pick a new Bible memory verse, Jeremiah 29:11. I see I haven’t shared a verse in a couple of months. This year, instead of a new verse every two weeks, I’m going to have a monthly verse.
I think that Bible memorization is important for adults, too, not just children. I try to memorize the verses I post. If sometimes, life prevents me from memorizing the whole verse, I have at least become familiar with the content of the verse and can look it up if the need arises.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV
This is a great verse to start the new year off with! Anyone want to join me in memorizing a verse? I’d be glad for anyone to join me. Use my verse, or choose your own.
