Last Thursday, I made Chicken Salad Wraps. They were so good!
I made the chicken salad with finely chopped onions, celery, pickles, and, of course, mayonnaise. I was out of relish, so I chopped my home canned dill pickles to use instead. Then when I made the wraps, I added diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce. The whole family loved them! I will definitely be making these a lot this summer.
Sunday night, we cooked burgers over the fire. Food just tastes better cooked over a wood fire. I put sliced potatoes, butter, salt & pepper in a foil packet and we cooked it in the fire.
