Instead of just having plain leftovers on Saturday, I made stirfry. Stirfry is a great way to use up leftovers. It makes a filling, frugal meal.
Tacos are such a quick and easy meal that I have them on the menu again this week. I like to make a big pot of taco meat and freeze it in meal size portions. then all I have to do is heat the meat and chop the veggies. I confess, I usually have my daughters chop the veggies. It’s good practice for them. 🙂

Saturday – Sabbath- Make ahead meals- Teriyaki Chicken Wraps, Macaroni Salad, salad
Sunday – soup & sandwich day – Stirfry
Monday – chicken – Chicken, onions, potatoes, and carrots in the crockpot
Tuesday – pizza/pasta – Spaghetti with meat sauce, broccoli
Wednesday – beef – Tacos with all the fixings
Thursday – chicken – BBQ Chicken, baked potatoes, green beans
Friday – Cookout – hamburgers with all the fixings, hot dogs, potato salad, roasted marshmallows
