Life has been so busy and full that the only food pictures I took last were of candy.

I bought almost 9 pounds of chicken breast at the store on Saturday. I will be dicing and browning it for the freezer. Well. I will be using some tonight for the chicken Curry, and some for the Chicken Tacos on Thursday. The rest, about 5 pounds, will be going in the freezer for future taco meals, or for chicken salad.
Since I’m eating salad every day, I will be spending some time today prepping those items. It makes it so much easier and quicker to make salads when everything is already sliced and diced.
Now…. to answer the question that I get asked about a hundred times a day……….What’s For Dinner?
Saturday – quick & easy- Dinner Out for my husband & I, frozen pizza for the kids
Sunday – soup & sandwich day – Sandwiches
Monday – chicken – Easy Chicken Curry, rice, salad
Tuesday – pizza/pasta – Pizza with homemade garlic crust, turkey pepperoni, onions, and peppers
Wednesday – beef – Spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans
Thursday – chicken – Chicken Tacos
Friday – beef – Venison, potatoes and carrots in the slow cooker
