Have you ever had Boston Cream Pie? It’s not a pie, but a single layer cake. The cake is cut in half horizontally, then filled with a pudding mixture. Oh, then topped with chocolate! It’s not a pie, It’s not a traditional cake. But it’s oh so good! Can you tell it’s a favorite of mine? I’m from Massachusetts, so I grew up eating this all the time..

Now here’s a recipe to put all the delicious goodness into a cupcake! don’t forget to pin it for later! Because you will want to make these!
