I’ve never been very adventurous with cauliflower. Well, since that time many years ago when I tried to make cauliflower “mashed potatoes”. Let’s just say my family was not impressed. lol This Cauliflower Salad looks really good, though! I think my family will really like it. A nice change for the usual summer salads.
