I managed to stick to the menu. I like when that happens! There’s nothing major on the calendar, yet, so I shouldn’t have a problem sticking to the menu. Unless, of course, I forget to put the roast in the crockpot on time!
Now for this weeks menu:
Saturday – beef – Hubby brought home pizza from Walmart’s deli, it’s actually pretty good.
Sunday – sandwich day – Sandwiches, coleslaw carrot sticks
Monday – chicken – Baked Chicken, Crash Hot Potatoes, yellow squash
Tuesday – beef – Roast in crockpot with veggies
Wednesday – super simple – leftovers, coleslaw
Thursday – chicken – Chicken soup and biscuits
Friday – Friday Night Fire – Steak, potato salad, yellow squash, carrot sticks
It’s been so hot lately, we haven’t been able to have our Friday Night Fires. If it’s too hot, we’ll cook the steaks in the house.
