Our Homeschool Week in Review

December 23, 2011 by Linda @ Linda's Lunacy

We still have the cold going through the house. sigh. As soon as one gets better, someone else gets sick. I am truly thankful that it is just a cold. It makes for long homeschool week, though, when the kids don’t feel good and don’t feel like working. The fact that Mama doesn’t feel good, makes it even worse.

I cancelled Sabbath Week this week, due to kids not working as hard as they should. I have also cancelled our vacation week next week. This will be the first time in I don’t even know how many years that we haven’t taken the month of December off. We didn’t do a lot of crafting and extra baking this year, so we might as well keep working.

Recently, the kids made silly putty using this video:

Yes, they are goofy! lol And if you use too much food coloring, it will color your hands!

It did wash off pretty easily, though. They weren’t green for days. lol

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

John 3:16-17 NKJV
