Have you ever had Boston Cream Pie? It’s not a pie, but a single layer cake. The cake is cut in half horizontally, then filled with a pudding mixture. Oh, then topped with chocolate! It’s not a pie, It’s not a traditional cake. But it’s oh so good! Can you tell it’s a favorite of mine? I’m from Massachusetts, so I grew up eating this all the time..

I don’t think I have ever heard of a Japanese sweet potato, but this bread looks so good! I have had potato bread before, and we like it. I have never seen these Japanese sweet potatoes in my grocery stores. The next time I go shopping in the big city, I will look for them.
