In the Kitchen with Linda – Dinner Menu

I made gluten free chocolate chip cookies last week that led to this picture I posted on Facebook. This is what fail looks like.

I cut them into squares and have been eating them. There were just for me, and I don’t care what they look like. lol

Hannah took over and made the regular chocolate chip cookies to take to our family reunion. so much better!

Maybe I should have her make mine next time! lol

 

Now…. to answer the question that I get asked about a hundred times a day……….

 

What’s For Dinner?

Dinner Menu:

Saturday – Sabbath- Make ahead meals- Family Reunion!

Sunday – soup & sandwich day – Sandwiches- ham and sliced chicken on homemade bread, with lettuce and tomatoes

Monday – chicken – Baked chicken, baked potatoes, green beans

Tuesday – pizza/pasta – Homemade pizza with garlic crust, and homemade turkey sausage and onions, salad with homemade dressing

Wednesday – beefBeef and Rice, peas, corn

Thursday – super simpleChicken Pasta Salad

Friday – Sabbath Dinner – Meatloaf, rice, broccoli

  1. Sorry about your cookies! We have to bake gluten free too. It can be so frustrating at times! We have lots of crazy kitchen fails………….
