This year (well, 2008), when I unpacked the Christmas decorations, I found this note that I had left myself.

I love my netti pot! A netti pot is for washing out your sinus’s. It is incredibly helpful when you have a cold. It is invaluable when you have a sinus infection and allergies. I have been having trouble with allergies this winter, a first for me. And I have been having recurring sinus infections….
