My son had his 18th birthday party on Saturday, including serving the guests dinner. So he picked dinner that night. Today, I’m cooking the first turkey of the fall season. My husband found a good deal on turkey while he was shopping, so that’s what we’re having. 🙂 Turkey is only on the menu once. The rest of the turkey will be going in the freezer. Well, after we eat a few sandwiches. 🙂
The Menu:
Saturday – Sabbath- Make ahead meals- Hot dogs, potato salad, chips, birthday cake
Sunday – soup & sandwich day – Homemade chicken soup and homemade sour dough biscuits
Monday – chicken – Roast Turkey, yellow squash and zucchini casserole, homemade sour dough biscuits
Tuesday – pizza/pasta – Homemade sausage pizza using our homemade pizza crust, with onions and peppers
Wednesday – super simple – Beans and rice in the crockpot
Thursday – beef – Meatloaf, corn on the cob, peas
Friday – Sabbath Dinner – Leftovers or dinner out

Hi Becca, I use ranch dressing and top with cheese. Here’s the link that I forgot to put in the menu:

This time, I topped with seasoned bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. I made a 13 x9 pan, and it wasn’t enough! My family loves this. 🙂
