When last you heard from me………….
We left last Friday night to go pick up Melissa. After a few false starts (D forgot his testing kit, and I forgot the membership card for the zoo) we finally got on the road, and got to D’s brothers house at about 11:15. yawn. Saturday morning we went to the ZOO It was very hot, but we had a good time. And I nor Mel passed out. That makes it a good day. 🙂
On Sunday, we went to the CASTLE The little kids had never been there before, so they had a good time. We came home Sunday night, arrived at about 11:30. yawn. D didn’t have to work on Monday, but wanted a day at home to rest.
At about midnight Monday night/Tuesday morning, Kenn woke us up saying he couldn’t breathe. You could hear him wheezing across the room. So D took him to the emergency room. They left at 12:15 a.m. and returned home at 5 a.m. Kenn has bronchitis. They gave him a work excuse for Tuesday, so he got to stay home and rest. But D had to go to work after 2 hours of sleep. Kenn worked yesterday, but had to clock out early because he couldn’t breathe. He’s at work again today, but I called and got him a dr’s appt this afternoon.
Our library’s summer reading program started this week. It lasts the whole month of July, and they have something everyday during the week. Yesterday, they read, had a snack, and decorated foam visors with sticky foam shapes. They came out really cute. We’re going to skip today, because of K’s dr appt. But we’re going to go tomorrow.
Not much else going on. laundry. yuck. and a bunch of other house work. I also need to pack. I’m going to a crop tomorrow night . Yeah me!
Well, back to work I go!!
