We celebrated Zachary’s birthday yesterday. He had a blast! It was just us, grandparents, and one little boy from across the street. No cousing were able to make it. He got a bike, and about a million cars and trucks. Ok, not quite that many. But they sure look like that many when they’re spread out on the living room floor! We also got him a Hot Wheels truck that is also a storage box that slides under the bed. So far it’s still in the living room. lol I’m sure it’s going to take awhile before he consents to putting it under his bed. lol My baby isn’t even a toddler anymore! I posted a pic of him below trying to break his pinata. Too cute.

Last night, we went to visit Mama Goat. Who’s Mama Goat, you ask? We’re getting goats, and she’s the mother of our kids. the four legged ones. lol The guy is trying to talk us into taking Mama too. We’re considering it. They are meat goats. We don’t plan on eating them ourselves, but selling them. I also want to make goat milk soaps and lotions. Goats milk is supposed to be very good for your skin. Since these are meat goats, you don’t have to milk them, like you do dairy goats. But I have to find out if I CAN milk them. I found a forum where you can ask guestions about goats that will be answered by others with goats. So I guess I’ll ask there. The guy isn’t sure when Mama will have the kids, but it will take 3 weeks to wean them. Unless we take Mama too, then we won’t have to wait the 3 weeks. But We have to build a building, and fencing before we get them. So it will be at least a month or two before we get the. Don’t worry, I’ll keep you updated. 😛

We haven’t done much of anything today. I did a little housework. a little! and a little laundry. I’ve read the paper, but need to finish clipping the coupons. I don’t really feel like scrapping, shocking, I know. My cold is still hanging around, and I’m not feeling up to par today. I think I’m going to go crochet. I can just sit in the chair and veg while I do that. 🙂
