Well, John Kerry has officially been added to my face slapping list. He’s on there with Ted Kennedy. sigh I watched the debate last night. And had plenty to say to Kerry. Too bad he couldn’t hear me! lol I finally took a deep breathe, and let it go. I stopped yelling at Kerry, I just sat back on the couch and listened. Well, I listened until I fell asleep! lol For about 20 minutes! lol I had a live feed from Bushes site up on the computer, they were correcting the things that Kerry said that were wrong. But I couldn’t keep up with the speech, AND read the updates, too. So after the debate I came back to the computer and saved them to read later. We have a busy day here today. This morning I have to give my Mother a ride to the dr’s, then this afternoon we have to make a Walmart run for presents for my cousins baby shower tonight. I debated whether to go or not. I decided to go. I don’t see my extended family all that much. It’ll probably be good for me to get out for a while. I don’t usually like to attend these things. I don’t fit in with a bunch of gossiping women. sigh I’ll go and make nice, and probably have fun. Maybe they’ll have those little mints that melt in your mouth.
I called the dr yesterday about Melissa. Her lab work was all “within normal ranges”. So the Dr still wants me to take her to see the pediatric rhuematologist. I hope the appt isn’t too far away, as she is getting worse. The swelling and the pain. I’ll find out when the appt is today.
