This week Calen has an appointment at the oncology clinic. And I was soooo far behind in my afghan making for them. So for my tackle this week, I crocheted like a mad woman. Since last Wednesday morning, I made 8 afghans, start to finish. I also finished 2 afghans that I had already started….

We got a couple kini’s from the guy who does some dozer work for Dad. We put ’em on skewers on the grill w/’shrooms, onions, peppers, etc.. YUM!!
Also cooked some up w/butter w/same veggie-pals in skillet to serve over rice.
The Girl SAID she liked, but then she got like, 3 out on her plate. LOL! I’m not sure if she was fibbin’ or she was doin’ that bird thing again. Sheesh. 😉
Gonna hafta try her fave way to eat kinis…pizza sauce & cheese? WOAH! Sounds nummy! 😀
I asked her if she’d ever had them breaded & fried/baked. It takes a lot of time, so we don’t do it as often any more, but MAN they’re good that way, too!! YUM!
Okay…enough about zucchini. I’m getting hungry!! 😉

The Girl means spag. sauce on the zucchini with mozzarella sheecse on top. and yep we’ve had deep fried zucchini, it’s really good that way. all the fat is not so good, but it TASTES good!
