Shopping at Walgreens
Today I went shopping at Walgreens for only the second time, ever. I think I did pretty good!
I had $12.62 on a Walgreens giftcard from Septembers Rebates (our store opened the last weekend of September, so that’s all I had).
So, in the first order, I got a bottle of Pert Shampoo, a tube of Crest toothpaste, 4 cans of Progresso soup, and a tube of Rimmel foundation. After Walgreens coupons for for everthing (except makeup) and manufacture coupons for everything (except makeup) and the giftcard, I paid 19 cents!
I then went back and got another shampoo, and another tube of toothpaste, and 4 more cans of soup. After Q’s my total was $3.81. That’s less than $1 a can! 🙂
Plus, the makeup has an Easy Saver rebate for the full price!
An excellent trip, I think, since I’m learning about Walgreens shopping.
I have to go to town again on Saturday, so I’m going to go do this again!
