Herbed Cream Cheese
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh chives, chopped
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon dill (according to your taste)
a pinch each of salt & pepper (again, according to your taste)
I used chives from my garden, chopped them, and added to all the other ingredients.
Mix well. Can be served right away, but the flavors will blend together and taste even better if you left it sit in the fridge for an hour or two before serving.
Serve with the crackers of your choice.
