Friday was my daughter’s volleyball banquet. It was a pot luck, Asian meal. I brought Mongolian Beef. It was a great evening for all the girls, coaches, and parents. It was also the boy’s basketball banquet. So it was a great night with lots of homeschoolers. Here’s a picture of the serving table. One of those many silver crockpots is mine. lol
Last week, I shared my recipe for Homemade Enchilada Sauce. They’re not on the menu this week, I just finally got around to sharing my recipe. lol
Today, we got a lot of snow. Like 6 inches at least. With a half to three quarters of an inch of ice under that. Fun stuff. Not.
But one way to have fun with the snow, even if you didn’t want snow lol, is to make Snow Ice Cream. My 19 year old son made us some today. yummy!
And if your looking for another way to use snow, make Snow Candy!
