This television season, I have enjoyed watching the new original Hallmark series Signed, Sealed, Delivered. Signed, Sealed, Delivered was created and is Executive Produced by Martha Williamson, who also created Touched By An Angel.
Signed, Sealed, Delivered is a wonderful combination of romance, comedy and drama. The show follows four postal workers who transform themselves into a team of detectives to track down intended recipients of undeliverable mail.
Their missions take them out of the office where redirected letters and packages can save lives, solve crimes, reunite old loves and change futures by arriving late but somehow always on time.
The team includes Oliver O’Toole (Eric Mabius), the group’s leader, a man of faith who prayerfully approaches his work with the goal of making a difference in people’s lives. A new team member, Shane McInerney (Kristin Booth), a technophile, who brings 21st century sensibility to the group. The free-spirited, “girl next door” Rita Haywith (Crystal Lowe), who has a photographic memory. And the lovable Norman Dorman (Geoff Gustafson), a master in conventional research methods.
Signed, Sealed, Delivered is a great family show. The series incorporates scripture in its themes and in the conversations between characters. The American Bible Society has even built a bible study to go with the series. A seven day Bible reading experience that will help you dig deeper into the Biblical themes revealed in each episode of Signed, Sealed Delivered.

The latest Signed, Sealed Delivered episode is about a special couple with Down Syndrome who discover the Scriptural meaning of marriage through the challenges of their journey, which inspires their parents. I was able to preview this episode online, so I could share it with you.
As part of a school assignment, Ellie has written a letter to herself, saying what she wants her life to be like and encouraging herself to make her dreams come true. The teacher promises to mail all the letters to the students in 10 years. Ellie’s letter ends up in the dead letter office with the name and address ripped off the envelope. The team has to locate the person the letter is intended for, and deliver it. Upon received the letter, Ellie realizes what she has to do to change her life to make it what she has always wanted it to be.
I have enjoyed every episode of Signed, Sealed, Delivered this season. This episode, though, is my favorite. I truly loved it! Gather your family around to watch, I think you’ll love it, too!
This episode of Signed Sealed Delivered airs Sunday, May 25 on Hallmark Channel.

Signed, Sealed and Delivered seems like a nice wholesome family movie if it coincides with your religious beliefs.
