As part of The Schoolhouse Review Crew, I recently received a homeschool student planner from My Student Logbook to review. My Student Logbook was designed by a homeschool mom to use with her own kids. My Student Logbook is for homeschool students in second grade and up. Each student planner is for one child for one year. My Student Logbook sells for $15., or you can purchase a PDF version that sells for $10-$20.
End of Week 2
Yeah!
I completed Week 2 today!
Today was day 3, and on level 5 my max was 20! I probably could have done a few more, except I felt that I wasn’t going done far enough on the last couple.
Exactly how far down does one have to go on boy pushups? This is the first time I have ever done them, so I’m not sure.
Anyway, I was happy with 20.
I’m going to try and remember to do the exhaustion test on Sunday, maybe I’ll do it tomorrow if I’m feeling energetic. That way I can start week 3 on Monday.
Week 3 looks harder! yikes! But I really want to complete this challenge, so I’m going to work hard!
I finished week one of the One Hundred Pushup Challenge tonight.
I did it! Yeah!
And my arms aren’t even sore!! For about the first 3 days, my lower abs were sore, and I couldn’t figure out why. I think it was the boy push ups putting more strain on my lower abs, than the girl push ups that I usally do. So I finished the week with no soreness!
I’m excited to start week two on Monday!

One Hundred Push ups
That sounds like a lot, doesn’t it? But I’m going to try and do it! I often read The ELFF Diet and that’s where I found out about One Hundred Push ups Traing Program.
I have read the website and it looks challenging, but doable. I just took the initial test, I did 10 push ups, so that puts me on level 2. I could have done more pushups. I usually do girl pushups. But they didn’t say anything about girl pushups, so I did boy pushups. I quit at 10, as my arms are a little sore from all the gardening I’ve been doing lately, and your not supposed to cut corners when you do the test.
So, on Monday, I’m starting week one of the training program.
Anyone want to join me?
