We were without electric for over 4 hours Tuesday evening into Wednesday. When your kitchen is all electric, things get interesting. I did go to the store Wednesday morning and buy 80 pounds of ice to put in the fridge/freezer and my two chest freezers. Thankfully, all the food survived.
