I went with D to the dr this morning. He still has trouble with his bp. It’s consistently 140’s over 90’s. The dr changed his meds last month, but it didn’t help at all. D changed drs again, the one he likes charges $90, just for the office visit! insane. So he went back to the one close to our house, where it went up to $42 for an office visit. sigh Anyway, Dr. H is supposed to be really good with blood pressure troubles. I took the bottles that D had been taking, he looked at them, and said it could be because the pill was in generic form. He said with this med, the generic doesn’t work like the name brand! So he wrote “no substitutions” on the prescription. D has to try 1 a day like before, for 3 days, if that doesn’t work, then take 2 a day. He wrote him another prescription for the other med he was on for bp, a diurectic. It was $117 for both of those. sigh Hope they work!!!
