I have been so tired of cooking lately. My family never gets tired of eating, though. So I keep plugging away. Trying to come up with meals that sound good, will make my family happy, that are nutritious, but easy. Preferably really easy!

Saturday – Sabbath- Make ahead meals- Subs
Sunday – soup & sandwich day – Breakfast for supper, fried potatoes, eggs, fried apples
Monday – chicken – Homemade Pizza with homemade turkey sausage, onions and green peppers, and sugar snap peas
Tuesday – pizza/pasta – Slow cooker Chinese Chicken, rice, green beans
Wednesday – beef – Meatloaf, baked potatoes, carrots
Thursday – chicken – Chicken Pasta Salad
Friday – Sabbath Dinner – Slow cooker Mongolian Beef, rice, broccoli
