Last week was another week that I didn’t follow the menu. Not because I didn’t try. Because there was so much family stuff going on. We had to get ready for my father in law’s memorial service.
A menu is a tool that I use every week to make my life easier, and to make sure that my family eats healthy.
Sometimes though, like with sickness, or a death in the family, you have to let go of being tied to making what is on the menu to take care of family. If that means sandwiches for supper, so be it. If that means pizza two nights in a row, so be it. We did indeed have pizza two nights in a row. The kids thought it was great. lol
So I don’t have any yummy looking food pictures, or no new recipes to share this week. Hopefully, life will settle down a little as we attempt to establish a new normal, and I will have some pictures next week.
