When I made Cinnamon Rolls for Christmas morning breakfast, I made a double batch and put the extra pan in the freezer.

I freeze mine raw, right after I put them in the pan, before the second rise. I take them out early the morning I want to cook them, or put them in the fridge overnight. Let them come to room temp before baking.
My family was very happy to get cinnamon rolls on New Year’s day!

Saturday – Sabbath- Make ahead meals- Fish filets, chicken tenders, tater tots – My emergency freezer stash lol
Sunday – soup & sandwich day – Homemade taco soup, grilled cheese sandwiches
Monday – chicken – Turkey Tetrazzini
Tuesday – pizza/pasta – Homemade calzones
Wednesday – beef – Homemade burritos
Thursday – chicken – Mini Turkey Pot Pies
Friday – beef – Venison, potatoes and carrots in the slow cooker
