As far as steps go, I did really bad this week! In my defense, we had a very busy week.
I also fully admit that because we were so busy, I did not do as well with the food that I ate. I will definitely get back to paying more attention to what I eat this week!

I am adjusting the day I do these posts on, so there are 8 days included in this weeks total. This week I had 47,094. Definitely less than last week, when I had 51,200 steps, and the week before 45,172 steps (when leaving off the last Friday).
One of the things we did was setting up for a large clothes giveaway at church. So I spent a couple of hours each day setting up. I couldn’t take very many steps standing in one spot dumping bags of clothes on tables. I was moving, just not steps. See all these clothes? I am so tired now! lol
My goals for this week were:
increase my steps – not done
enter my food into MyFitness Pal – not done
take my vitamins and supplements every day – Done
Discuss lab results with doctor – not done
Oh boy, not a good week for goals! Oh well, no use dwelling on it. On to next week!
My goals for this coming week are:
the same as last week……Increase my steps, enter my food into MyFitness Pal every day, take my vitamins and supplements every day, get to my doctor to discuss my latest lab results.
