Oreo Churros Review & Giveaway
My kids are big Oreo fans. You won’t believe how fast a package of Oreos can disappear in my house! That’s why I was excited to introduce my family to the new Oreo Churros.
Crispy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside, Oreo Churros are a great snack or dessert for those days you just want something sweet and chocolate.
Oreo Churros are in the freezer section of the store. They have to be cooked before eating. Just ask my son who tried to eat one straight from the freezer, thinking it was supposed to be eaten cold. lol Oreo Churros can be cooked in the oven, the toaster oven, or in the fryer. I chose to bake mine in the oven.
After cooking the Oreo Churros, you can roll them in this amazing Oreo crumb sugar coating that is included. You can also eat them without the sugar coating. We liked them better with it.
You need to roll the churros in the Oreo sugar coating as soon as they come out of the oven or fryer. If you let them cool the coating won’t stick to the churros very well. I tried to use tongs, but it’s better to just get in there with your hands and roll them.
Cooking the Oreo Churros in the fryer will produce a crispier churro than baking in the oven. The ones I baked weren’t too crispy.
Inside, the churros have a cake like consistency. Then you get to the cream in the middle. yum! So you have all these textures going on. All with the great Oreo taste. Kids and adults alike will like these new Oreo Churros. My family did!

I have never tried them. We eat the Superpretzels all the time, which are made by the same company. It really isn’t a question of whether I would share them with the family, it is whether they would share them with me.
