1 lb ground turkey
1/2 lb italian ground turkey
onion
1/2 bottle vegetable juice
two cans tomato soup
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup uncooked rice
1-2 tblsp cider vinegar
3-4 tblsp brown sugar
1 head cabbage chopped
brown the meat and add onion – saute; add juice, soup, broth, rice vinegar and sugar (to taste) – adjust if necessary; add cabbage; bring to boil and simmer until cabbage is tender and rice is cooked.

Found your blog through "Follow Friday 40 and Over". I am glad I stopped by. The cabbage soup recipe sounds yummy. I am a vegetarian and will have to substitute the turkey with veggie crumbles and the chicken stock with veggie stock but I am definitely going to try it! 🙂
