Last week did not go as planned. My menu fell apart after my father in law passed away on Tuesday. Oh, I still fed everyone, but not what was on the menu.
We were seriously lacking in vegetables last week. Unless you count tater tots. And I don’t. lol So I have a lot of vegetables to catch everyone up on this week. Thankfully, it’s not what you eat in one day that makes the difference, but what you eat over the course of a week or a month that matters most. So I’ll put out some carrots and celery for snacks, in addition to extra vegetables at supper, and we should be able to catch up. We also have lots of tomatoes from our garden still, and everyone likes tomatoes.
Now…. to answer the question that I get asked about a hundred times a day……….What’s For Dinner?
