What’s For Dinner?

Last week was a good week, I stuck to the menu! lol

My husband has Monday off, so we’re having our 4th of July cook out then. It works out good for us, since we’re busy at church on Sunday.

Now for this weeks menu:

Saturday – beef – Leftovers, tomatoes

Sunday – sandwich day – Fish Fry and Fireworks at church tonight

Monday – chicken – Cook-out – hamburgers with fixings, brats, salads, chips, carrots, watermelon, s’mores

Tuesday – beef – Roast in the crockpot with veggies

Wednesday – super simple – leftovers, salad

Thursday – chicken – Roasted Turkey, sweet potatoes, salad- If I feel well enough, I’ll make homemade stuffing instead of the sweet potatoes from the freezer.

Friday – Friday Night Fire – Hot dogs, macaroni salad or potato salad, carrot sticks
