I have no pictures of last weeks food to share. Well, unless you count the pictures of the restaurant food on Father’s Day. I had Chicken Alfredo. lol
I was so busy last week getting my daughter ready for her mission trip, then seeing her off at the airport. We did eat. lol I just didn’t get any pictures.

So this week, I will try to make sure I get pictures. I did forget to take a picture of tonight’s dinner. lol
One thing I noticed so far this week is that I don’t know how to cook for only 4 people. lol Since my 20 year old moved out, and now my 16 year old is on her mission trip, there are only 4 of us here. My husband will have plenty of leftovers for his lunches now. lol
Now…. to answer the question that I get asked about a hundred times a day……….What’s For Dinner?
Saturday – quick & easy- Pizza
Sunday – soup & sandwich day – Chicken tenders, alfredo noodles, beets
Monday – chicken – Baked Chicken breasts, rice, corn
Tuesday – pizza/pasta – Spaghetti with homemade meat sauce, green beans
Wednesday – Taco Night- beef or chicken – Chicken Tacos with all the fixings
Thursday – chicken – Chicken Curry, rice
Friday – beef – Fish fillets, oven roasted potatoes, corn
