The American Bible Challenge is a great family show on the Game Show Network. Teams compete by answering Bible questions to win money for their charity.
Now, Troy Schmidt has released a daily reader based on The American Bible Challenge tv show. Troy Schmidt began writing animation in 1985 for Dennis the Menace and Heathcliff. He also wrote for The Mickey Mouse Club for three seasons. Troy is responsible for adapting Max Lucado’s Hermie the Common Caterpillar into books and videos.
The American Bible Challenge: A Daily Reader Volume 1 (affiliate link) retails for $15.99 and includes nine weeks of daily study. Each day’s study tells you where to read in the Bible. Then a devotion type reading follows that talks about the Bible reading, and how you can apply what you read to your life. Each day ends with 5 questions, many of the questions have been on the show. Don’t worry, the answers are in the back of the book!
