Snow!!!! I say

No Duh! Yell the little children. Like it’s perfectly normal for snow to fall out of the sky….

Ok, whatever, all I know is I HAVE to find my matching gloves. I feel odd going out in public with mismatched gloves. seriously mismatched gloves. As in a gray driving glove, worn on the wrong hand, and a tan knit glove with no fingertips.
roflol what do I care what people think about my gloves?!

When I was trying on my skirt for old fashioned day (pics and story to follow….sometime….) Zach was outraged to find out that I don’t wear pants under my skirts. Just plain shocked! lol He said he thought we always wore pants under our skirts and dresses. roflol

Hannah held up an opened package of cheese and asked me if we had any opened cheese.

I was busy all last week getting ready for old fashioned day at church. That’s why I was so quiet. But you can expect more out of me this week. 🙂

I have surrendered…………..and turned the heat on. My family was sooooo happy! They clapped and danced and ran to throw themselves on top of the heating vents exclaiming “This one is mine“
Yeah, my family’s cool like that. Pretending like they’re freezing to death, so they can gleefully throw themselves on the floor in excitement over air.
Ok, ok, it’s been 60 degrees in the house this week in the mornings. But not quite worth all the drama.

Oh, by the way, I just washed my hands with the most AWESOME soap ever! I was going to wait to share, but I’m getting rather impatient. So I’ll share that soon!

Since Monday, we have had about 4″ of much needed rain!! Yeah!!! The hills are starting to green up, and everything looks soooo much better than the yucky brown.

D and I got to hear one of our favorite speakers on Praise the Lord on TBN last night, Mark Gungor He is so funny! We bought his DVD set, and it’s awesome! You can see clips on his website And the Flag Page is so great. We learned a LOT by doing that! It’s so worth the money!

Oh, yeah, that much needed and NOT complained about rain, has caused the laundry to come to a grinding halt. sigh I REFUSE to use the dryer. So that means laundry is piling up. I have done a couple of loads this week, hanging the laundry on the porch and in the house to dry, but when I average 2 loads a day M-F….well, you can guess what my laundry room looks like! The kids decided to clean their rooms. Yeah, I’m so NOT complaining about that, BUT that means extra laundry for me, too! O well, it’s good practice for the winter when it’s quite challenging to get all the laundry dry. I’ll adjust. 🙂

We’re getting ready for a birthday party here on Saturday. Calen is turning 13! For that I’m thankful. Yeah, I’m thankful for another teenage boy! lol

Well, I guess I better go find some work to do. That shouldn’t be too hard. 🙂
