In the Kitchen with Linda & Dinner Menu

Instead of just having plain leftovers on Saturday, I made stirfry. Stirfry is a great way to use up leftovers. It makes a filling, frugal meal.

Tacos are such a quick and easy meal that I have them on the menu again this week. I like to make a big pot of taco meat and freeze it in meal size portions. then all I have to do is heat the meat and chop the veggies. I confess, I usually have my daughters chop the veggies. It’s good practice for them.  :)
