I didn’t take any food pictures last week!
I guess I was still recovering from the big spaghetti dinner fundraiser.
We had a lot of spaghetti and sauce left over from the dinner, so I put it in the freezer. Well, this week we used a couple of bags.

The frozen spaghetti was a success! Just make sure that you under cook the spaghetti for the first cooking. And make sure that spaghetti has thawed completely before reheating. I served it just heated up in a pan. I also made baked spaghetti. I poured the spaghetti into a 9×13 pan and topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. I baked it until the cheese was melted. My family loves it this way. But then again, my family loves anything with cheese on it! lol
Now…. to answer the question that I get asked about a hundred times a day……….What’s For Dinner?
Saturday – quick & easy- Baked Spaghetti with garlic bread
Sunday – soup & sandwich day – Spaghetti with homemade meat sauce
Monday – chicken – Turkey, twice baked potatoes, beets
Tuesday – pizza/pasta – Pizza with homemade garlic crust, turkey pepperoni, onions, and peppers
Wednesday – beef – Cincinnati Chili, broccoli
Thursday – chicken – Turkey a la Mama over homemade biscuits
Friday – beef – Venison, potatoes and carrots in the slow cooker
