I’m participating in a Pantry Challenge this month so my menus may look a tad odd. There will be lots of chicken and turkey because that’s what in my freezers and not so much beef. We only have a few packs of hamburger left from half cow we bought last year. We will probably try to get another half cow in February. Hopefully the farm where we get it has some ready in February.
And, yes, I know it’s Tuesday, I had a couple of doctor appointments yesterday and didn’t get it posted then. 🙂
