In the Kitchen with Linda & Dinner Menu

She make baked chicken, baked potatoes, and green beans. She seasoned the chicken herself, and it came out great. Here she is seasoning the chicken. This week, she’s making Lasagna!

I saw a picture of some mini chicken pot pies on Facebook last week, so I just had to try it. I used my regular biscuit recipe, cut them with my normal biscuit cutter, then flattened them out, and pressed them into well greased muffin pans.

I then filled them with the chicken pot pie filling I made using my homemade broth, chicken and frozen mixed vegetables. I thickened it with cornstarch.

They came out so good! The whole family loved them! I will definitely be making them again.
