How to Stop a Runaway Cutting Board

August 10, 2010 by Linda @ Linda's Lunacy 1 Comment

I’ve been doing a lot of canning the last week or so. And doing a lot of canning, means cutting a lot of vegetables.
I find it very frustrating when cutting vegetables and the cutting board keeps scooting from me.
You can stop a runaway cutting board by putting a wet (damp, not really wet) towel under the cutting board.
This will help keep the cutting board in place. It’s also helpful when your cutting juicy fruits or vegetables as the towel will soak up the juice.
