Freezer Cooking Session
I started my freezer cooking yesterday when I boiled 10 pounds of chicken leg quarters. I put 3 - 3 cup bags into the freezer. I used 4 cups of the chicken to make 2 Chicken Bacon Subs. We had a lot of macaroni salad leftover from Labor Day last week. So I added more shredded carrots, diced tomatoes, chopped chicken from the freezer & more mayo.
